ENG Architects believes a successful project lies in a collaborative and thoughtful design process between the architect and the homeowner from beginning to project completion. Our design process incorporates the homeowner’s vision, design aesthetic, needs and budget, while at the same time creating a fully integrated and unified architectural design for the project.  Our design services include the selection of all finishes and fixtures and lighting design for the project.  ENG Architects will assist the homeowner in the selection of the most appropriate contractor for the successful completion of the project as designed by the architect and the homeowner.

Tim Eng has over 25 years of experience in architecture.   Tim graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 1992 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts.  In 1995, he graduated from UCLA with a Master of Architecture I degree.  Tim worked for over 11 years at award winning firm Moore Ruble Yudell, where he worked on master planning and large institutional projects and served as a project designer and project manager of several custom homes.  Tim developed a passion for and focus on residential architecture while working on those custom homes.  Tim later joined Shepphird Associates as a project designer and project manager of several custom residential projects.  In 2014, Tim started ENG Architects, focusing on the design of custom residential homes and renovations.
